About once every decade a really good Western is made. This looks to be the one for this decade - and it's a remake no less. Why is it that recently non-Americans (Christian Bale, Russell Crowe) play more convincing Americans than Americans do? Is that Peter Fonda? Lets hope he's as good as his dad was in Once Upon A Time in the West around the same age.
